You can take it in capsule form, and the recommended dosage is about 400 to 500 milligrams daily. This product has a time-released version that should help avoid diarrhoea for most. Consult your doctor if you are on other treatments. For me, it’s an excellent product!

While it doesn't seem to assist with sleep—perhaps due to my age—the quality is impressive and the price reasonable. Increased My Migraines, Beware of Fillers. These capsules were massive, requiring me to open them and dissolve the contents in water. More importantly, taking this regularly actually increased my migraines. My doctor merely suggested I "take magnesium" without addressing the various formulations. This isn't the right one for me. I should be using magnesium glycinate, taurate, or threonate. I've learned that fillers in products matter, noting rice and silica in the ingredients.
