Magnesium was prescribed for my 6-year-old based on trace element analysis results. Initially prescribed 3 tablets daily, after having loose stools, it was reduced to 1 tablet, normalising the stool. I bought two bottles, one for me and one for my dad. I took one pill before bed for better sleep and another in the morning for focus. Unfortunately, I experienced anxiety with this supplement, struggled to sleep, and found my daytime mental strength diminished. My dad, who suffers from hypertension, saw his blood pressure spike and even had nosebleeds after starting the supplement. While it appears to be a quality product, it simply did not work for us, leading to our discontinuation after two weeks. Now, I am left with over 100 pills that I won’t use.
