The pill so huge, we have to grind it up to take it

I was really excited to try this one-per-day multivitamin, because it has excellent dosages of many different supplements that I normally have to purchase and take individually, in particular: vitamin C, vitamin D3, folate, B12, iodine, zinc, selenium, and chromium. It also includes folate in the most bioavailable form, rather than as folic acid. Unfortunately, the pill is enormous, and I simply cannot swallow it without it getting stuck in my throat. My husband does not normally have trouble swallowing big pills, but one of these pills got stuck in his throat, too. It is a bit of a hassle, but we have discovered that we can use the mortar and pestle, that I typically grind spices with, to grind up this pill. We then put the powder inside our morning smoothie. Some pills would be too hard to make this possible, but that is not the case with these tablets. Because of this issue, I am dropping down this product 1 star. Best Multivitamin

My neurologist recommended this vitamin for me. I usually purchase the two per day option. These came in a tablet form but the two per day also comes in capsule form which makes them easier to swallow

Too powerful for me

This seems like a great quality vitamin. However, I get a massively upset stomach (even when taking this with food), I've developed terrible insomnia, and I sweat profusely now that I've started taking this! Stopped taking the vitamin, and everything has returned to normal within a few days. I think this is probably great for a lot of people, but beware that if you're sensitive to high-potency multi-vitamins, this will likely turn your bodily systems upside down

Stomach upset

Gives me a stomach ache every time. Even tried breaking it in half to see if that helps

Fully methylated b-vitamins.

I searched for a Life Extension multivitamin because I had been taking the methylated B12/folate and those skyrocketed my levels to where I am no longer deficient. Well, I took one of these and heel pain that has been afflicting for over 6 months disappeared. It's the only thing I changed. I will update with more later

Great vitamin…but too much yellow urine

This is a great multi vitamin. You can see that from the other reviews. However, it is huge and when I say it has bad flavor, that's an understatement. I drink sparkling water to help mask the flavor. Also, my urine turned like a bright neon yellow, which according to google is my body's way of flushing out an excessive of vitamins. Since this is a “high potency” multi-vitamin I decided to cut them in half and that has reduced the awkward color of pee ðŸ¤

I'm torn to be honest.

(Posting as account owners wife) I have only been taking these vitamins for a few days so take this with a grain of salt, but I'm curious if this is normal or if I maybe got a bad batch. After about two days I noticed the vitamins developed an overwhelming pee smell. That's the closest thing I can describe the odor to. The order is so intense it makes my entire bedroom smell like this and is very unpleasant to me and my husband. I haven't seen any other reviews mention this, so again I'm wondering if this is normal but I don't think I can continue taking them, and my husband probably won't as it's hard to get him to take pills anyway. So I'm very torn

If you want quality, this is it.

There's a big difference in supplements. I felt better after just one week taking these. Recommended to all my family and friends. Many good products available

This is a great quality supplement. Life extension never disappoints however it's not the supplement for me. I didn't realize this was a high potency supplement (yes, I know it says so on the bottle). Based on my research unless your MD has prescribed this dosage it is WAY too much. I have been cutting the supplement in half instead and will be purchasing a more fitting multivitamin for me in the future
