Alleviates discomfort
Excellent! I bought these lozenges for myself and have taken them regularly. Previously, I took zinc in the form of picolinate, but I decided to switch to these lozenges and I have not regretted it at all! They have a pleasant taste and help to soothe my throat when dissolved. I have noticed that I do not experience nausea after taking them, which sometimes occurs with pharmaceutical preparations. I take them with the onset of a sore throat every two hours, and I find they greatly alleviate the discomfort. Highly recommend!

It is a nutrient that is always ordered as a standard, and the capacity is high, but you can consume it at once. The eggs are a bit large, so if you have difficulty swallowing, you should consider this. The quality and effect are undoubtedly reliable and good.

Improved vitamin levels
I have been using LifeExtension multivitamins for the past year. During my last physical, my vitamin D levels were quite low due to living in an area with limited sunlight. I started taking LifeExtension One-Per-Day supplements based on a family member's positive feedback in healthcare. Initially, I struggled with the size of the pills, which often got stuck in my throat. I then switched to the same supplement but in a twice-daily formula, allowing me to receive a healthy dose. After my last blood test, my vitamin D levels were normal. This supplement works, and I will continue using it.
