This has helped immensely with my allergies and asthma over the past few months! I'm planning to increase the dosage for even better results. I needed steroids for asthma and was experiencing daily hives, but these have settled everything! I'm relieved to use a supplement instead of a concerning prescription drug. I’ve had no infections despite having a compromised immune system. They seem to aid my respiratory issues and reduce inflammation, which is powerful.

Recommend! I ordered it because I have hives, I read that it also acts as an antihistamine, and yes, after 5 days of taking it, my condition has improved significantly! There's less itching and redness on my skin! 👍🏼

Decreased hives
I started using this due to intermittent hives on my thighs, and it decreased after I finished the whole bottle. I would consider using it occasionally in the future.

Stopped allergies
A very good product that certainly does what it is supposed to! It has helped me stop using over-the-counter antihistamines and I no longer suffer from hives or itchy skin.

Not strong enough
I attempted to use this for histamine issues and hives, but it wasn’t potent enough for me. The liposomal quercetin from the same brand works much better for my needs.
