Decreased hives
I started using this due to intermittent hives on my thighs, and it decreased after I finished the whole bottle. I would consider using it occasionally in the future.

Not strong enough
I attempted to use this for histamine issues and hives, but it wasn’t potent enough for me. The liposomal quercetin from the same brand works much better for my needs.
