Without iodine, I tend to feel tired in the mornings and struggle to motivate myself. My headaches have become less frequent; without iodine, I would have migraines. Excellent and safe. I take iodine in various forms, but this natural formula, derived from sea algae, is very comfortable and does not give me headaches like some others. The iodine concentration is also excellent. I particularly like this product as it is easy to swallow and has no unpleasant smell. I feel positive benefits from it.
