Fixed my hot flashes. Although I'm only 42, I started experiencing severe hot flashes, especially at night. After researching, I discovered the connection between iodine and hot flashes, so I decided to try it. Fortunately, it worked! My hot flashes decreased swiftly and, after a month of taking iodine, they are entirely gone. While there may be other factors for some, it certainly resolved mine.
