I find this supplement with selenium to be very good. I have also purchased iodine to support my thyroid gland, and I am very pleased with the results. The ultrasound indicated that the cyst has shrunk.

My friend suffers from thyroid issues and has two cysts. After completing a course of these vitamins combined with separately purchased iodine, the ultrasound revealed that one cyst had resolved while the other had diminished. We plan to do the course again.
