The selenium is excellent and well-formulated. I attempted to consume Brazil nuts but found them unappealing after a couple of months. Capsules are preferable. I have been taking selenium along with iodine from the same brand for about a month with no side effects. My thyroid gland is enlarged, and I previously felt discomfort from iodomarine; however, since switching to natural iodine and selenium, I’ve had no such sensations. My hair has also stopped falling out.

Effective against lump
This is a good complex for my thyroid condition. When I feel the lump in my throat, I know it's time to take selenium along with cat's claw. The lump disappeared within a week; it truly works. Thank you!

Brand Good, but it did not suit me. I have a thyroid issue and found that as soon as I started taking it, my condition worsened; I experienced a lump in my throat. It's not for me, so it just gathers dust.
