It works! I drink selenium during flu season to support my immune system. After suffering from coronavirus over the summer and subsequently pneumonia, I now regularly take selenium and zinc. Fortunately, I haven't fallen ill again, even though many at work are currently experiencing colds with runny noses and sneezing.

Normal test results
I regularly take selenium due to my thyroid issues. During recent control tests, my results were normal. I hope this is due to the medicine.
