Alleviates discomfort
I bought it for myself and always take it. Previously, I had it as picolinate, but last time I tried these lozenges and do not regret it at all. They have a very pleasant taste and soften the throat when resorbed. Occasionally, after taking zinc (as seen with pharmaceutical preparations), it can cause nausea, but I did not experience that with these lozenges. If it happens, try not to take it on an empty stomach. I notice the effect, especially when I start to feel a sore throat, taking it every two hours as instructed, which greatly alleviates the discomfort. I recommend!

Effective treatment
I purchased it for myself and always use it. Before, I had it in the form of picolinate, but last time I opted for these lozenges and have no regrets. They taste pleasant and soften the throat while dissolving. Sometimes, taking it (like with pharmaceutical preparations) can cause nausea, but I did not have that issue with these lozenges. If that happens, it’s best not to take them on an empty stomach. I see the effect, especially with initial sore throat symptoms, taking it every two hours as per instructions, which significantly alleviates the discomfort. I recommend!

Regretted the choice

I tried this product based on a blogger's recommendation and regretted buying two packs. Although they have beneficial ingredients, the size of the tablets is too large and they get lodged in my throat, causing me to feel sick. It appears they are not suitable for me, so I won’t be using the second pack and have opted for other vitamins from a more reliable brand instead.

Conquered the tablets
Trains your body and mind. In all my years of taking medicines or supplements, I’ve never struggled with any type of medication. I found it easy as a child to take whatever was needed, whether it was bitter flu liquid or tablets. When I first encountered this tablet, it smelled like hamster food, which was off-putting, but I thought it couldn’t be too bad. However, I was wrong—it made me gag as soon as I tried to swallow it. After several days, I developed a strategy of pinching my nose and swallowing with water to make it easier. Eventually, I could swallow them without difficulty, only to find myself gagging again after a few weeks. This experience taught me that these tablets not only contain vitamins and minerals but also test our resilience.
