Initially, I experienced a sensation of something stuck in my throat, which worsened with menopause, leading to painful breathing. Despite attempting to clear my cough, the issue persisted. After I began taking this supplement, I returned to my original state and noticed a significant improvement. Although the flavour is quite strong, I am committed to taking it for my overall health. Hair growth improved
My hair loss has seen improvement compared to treatments from the hospital. I’ve noticed that the fenugreek smell is present when taken, but my hair's condition is definitely better, making me feel positive about the results. The taste does remind me of iron in my throat, which can be off-putting.
