Effective for nails
Products containing biotin are definitely effective. I started taking it 2-3 years after menopause due to hair loss and nail issues, and it works well as I consistently take it. My nails are healthy and growing long quickly, so I'm busy taking care of them.

Biotin! I've been taking this supplement for many years. When I run out, I sometimes try other brands but always return to avoid stock issues. I'm approaching menopause, yet my hair is growing (I’m growing it out for donation) and my nails are in good condition. I want to continue.

Patience required
This works! After experiencing thinning hair due to thyroidectomy and menopause, it took about four months to see results, so patience is essential. I even recommended it to my sister, and it helped her too. If you have no health issues, you’ll likely see better results!

Reduced hair loss
During menopause and following a low-carb diet, my hair fell out dramatically. After stopping the diet, it continued to fall. However, while taking 10,000mg of biotin, my hair loss significantly decreased. Though the effect seems to lessen over time, I haven't experienced side effects but find it somewhat unpleasant to consume.

Promoting new growth
During menopause, my hair began to fall out. My trichologist advised biotin, and after two months, my hairdresser noticed new baby hair growth. I also use a scalp rub product from iHerb.
