Effective for sleep
Looks good. Although intended for infants, I purchased it for my mother, a cancer patient in her 80s, who is trying melatonin for the first time. I was concerned about side effects and opted for the 1mg version as a trial. It seems effective as she has been sleeping soundly, and there have been no negative symptoms. I plan to buy more for myself and a friend undergoing similar treatment.
