Changed my life! It's one of the best products I have taken. It helped with my digestive issues and joint problems. I ruptured my left and right labrums in my shoulder, but this product assisted me in recovering to about 90%. I also suffered from severe acid reflux, but now I can enjoy coffee without any trouble.
