Excellent for those with digestive troubles! These tablets are, in my opinion, the best as they don’t require refrigeration. Just take one or two before each meal, and they alleviate discomfort while allowing your body to digest food properly.

My digestive function is poor; no matter how palatable the food, I struggle with flatulence and severe eating disorders. After a recommendation, I started taking these. Initially, one pill seemed ineffective, and I have trouble swallowing capsules, so I sprinkle the powder over rice or a substantial side dish. It doesn't dissolve well in water.
