No more outbreaks
I would recommend this supplement. The large pills are smooth and easy to swallow. After almost a month, I feel better with more energy and no acne outbreaks. I also had minor health issues that have disappeared. The only change has been adding these vitamins and combining them with calcium and magnesium.
