Excellent vitamins; I really liked them. I began taking these from the second trimester (in the first trimester, our doctors do not recommend any vitamins apart from folic acid) and continued throughout my entire pregnancy and part of the breastfeeding period. I then purchased another batch to take during breastfeeding. I cannot say if it’s a coincidence, but I was frequently ill during the first three months, suffering from a sore throat and other ailments. However, from the second trimester, after I started taking the vitamins, I never fell ill, even though this period coincided with autumn and half of winter. Now, I am choosing the usual multivitamins from this same company.

Excellent vitamins! I started taking them, and my health improved after about two weeks. They are easy to swallow and do not get stuck in my throat.
