Unfortunately, I developed hives after 4-5 weeks of using this product. However, I gave it to a nursing friend who reported a surge of energy and reduced hair loss without any allergies. She is very satisfied with it.

These are good value vitamins bought during lactation, and neither I nor my baby have had any allergies. My hair falls out less, although the calcium dosage is a bit low and vitamin C is high. Overall, I would advise them.

Improved hair condition
I'm giving this a solid 4. Within two weeks of usage, my hair stopped falling out, and I felt more energetic. I’ve experienced no nausea or allergies either.

I've not noticed any effects from these vitamins after almost three months and experienced no allergies. My urine has been slightly discoloured, and I've felt drowsy instead.
