Unfortunately, I developed hives after 4-5 weeks of using this product. However, I gave it to a nursing friend who reported a surge of energy and reduced hair loss without any allergies. She is very satisfied with it.

These are good value vitamins bought during lactation, and neither I nor my baby have had any allergies. My hair falls out less, although the calcium dosage is a bit low and vitamin C is high. Overall, I would advise them.

This vitamin complex for pregnant women is excellent. I ordered it for friends during and after pregnancy, and everyone is thrilled with the results. Their hair has improved without causing allergies. I highly recommend it, though it’s not always in stock.
