I was highly skeptical but this really works…
It took about a week for me to feel anything remotely different but when I did, it was extremely noticeable. First, it took the constant edge off which I have always felt. I was more relaxed, more calm. Situations and events that would make me anxious leading up to them no longer affected me physically, such as my heart and mind racing, sweating, looking for excuses not to do something. I just felt ok. I feel less impulsive and reactionary. I'm sure a change in my mindset and my openness to destressing also plays a role, but as a supplement, a placebo or a catalyst, this really has been amazing
