Product misadvertised

Great product but falsely advertised. I bought these advertised as a "Pack of 3", yet only one bottle arrived. After contacting customer service, they promised to send the correct pack without needing the opened bottle back. However, I received only one bottle again. I have searched extensively for help but with difficulty. The vitamins have sustained me for years and help protect my immune system, as I rarely experience colds or flu. No issue with the product, just the misleading advertising.
