Effective for hair loss
I initially took Nature's Bounty Calcium, magnesium, zinc, and D3 without much hope, but it turns out these vitamins worked wonders! I noticed improvements after starting the vitamins, with capsules that are relatively easy to swallow and do not stick to the palate. I aimed to restore my hair and nails, so I opted for the maximum dosage of three capsules daily. After a month, I noticed my curly hair was falling out less, which was crucial for me. Also, my nails began to hold gel polish longer without peeling. After two months, I realised the bleeding gums had stopped, but once I stopped taking them, the symptoms returned. Overall, these vitamins are excellent for preventing hair loss, brittle nails, and bleeding gums.
