Acne resolved

I decided to grab this for my daughter as her nails are healthy, her hair is intact, and her acne is gone.

No acne breakouts

After completing a month, I found the tablets quite small, making them easy to swallow. I experienced a slight boost in energy and overall health. My hair grew more, and its texture improved. Thankfully, I suffered no acne breakouts. However, I did notice an increase in body hair. Overall, it served as a decent maintenance multivitamin for hair growth and enhancing health.

Acne worsen observed

I won't use this product again. After starting the complex, acne emerged on my face and body. I was disappointed as I hoped for improved skin. I stopped and restarted multiple times, seeing the same negative effects. Eventually, I stopped entirely, and my skin returned to normal.

Excellent! I've been taking these for over a week alongside vitamin E for better hair and skin improvement. There’s plenty of vitamin A here, but I added E separately to enhance the effect. Severe acne breakout

I purchased these vitamins due to significant hair loss after having COVID-19. Despite trying various brands, I hoped for positive results. Unfortunately, I experienced unsettling side effects like unusual urine colour and odour. Most frustratingly, my hair continues to fall out, and acne increased. I cannot recommend this product but can suggest effective alternatives like MegaFood vitamins, which I found beneficial.
