Everything is functioning wonderfully. I want to thank this superb complex. After considerable stress, my hair was very weak, and my face was covered in acne. Despite visiting a dermatologist and trying various medications with no success, I discovered this vitamin complex online and opted to try it against my better judgement. Fortunately, after a brief period of use, my face cleared up and hair loss decreased. I took one tablet twice daily with meals for a month, and the results are significant. My face is flawless, and I've noticed new hair growth. I'm delighted and will continue to take it.

Less hair loss

In September I fell ill with flu, and afterward, my hair began to fall out excessively, and my skin deteriorated. I bought vitamins which have really helped; I take one a day, although the instructions recommend three. After a month, I've noticed less hair loss and some new fluff growing, indicating new hairs. I haven't observed any results with my nails since I do gel polish, so it's hard to see the difference. I plan to take a break for a couple of months before ordering more. If it’s not a bother for you, I'm happy.
