I have been taking these regularly for about a year. I was experiencing hair loss due to Covid and menopause. After taking these daily, I see a significant difference in my hair loss, and an added bonus is that my nails are super strong!

Hair loss reduction

Great results so far. I have been losing hair since menopause and I'm 60 now. I was becoming resigned to being bald by 70! A friend suggested this product, so I tried it. I can't tell yet if my hair is growing back, but after one month, it has stopped falling out! That's a win in my book. Update: Is it magic? Could it be this product? My hair IS GROWING BACK! So yay! Definitely going to keep it up.
