These capsules are dairy-free, which is great, as I'd be ill otherwise. They prevent constipation and assist with weight management. When I run out, I tend to gain 6-7lbs quite rapidly, but resuming them stops the weight gain immediately. I also don't experience bloating when taking these. It's advisable to take a couple daily for best results.
