I took these vitamins at the end of October. The large capsules have an unusual aroma. Initially, I took 3 capsules daily but switched to 2 due to excessive energy that hindered my sleep. There was no heartburn or side effects, and I felt more vigorous and productive.

Although I take iron, I don’t experience heartburn. Some vitamins with iron cause heartburn, but these do not. Quality seems good, and I consume them daily as I age.

I experienced a stomachache. The capsules are large and have a strong odour. After taking them, I noticed that my urine turned a bright colour like energy drinks, and I will stop taking them due to heartburn.
