Elderberry's benefits are well known, especially during this "covid" period. When I felt the first symptoms of a viral infection, I took elderberry along with vitamin C, D, and zinc. Despite feeling unwell, I managed to avoid contracting the illness after three days of taking elderberry. The only downside was the size and unpleasant smell of the capsules, which made swallowing difficult when unwell. Nonetheless, I remain healthy and grateful for the supplement.
