This is the best stuff! Oregano oil is a natural anti-viral and anti-bacterial. I take it religiously to ward off colds and the flu. As everyone around me falls ill, I load up on 4-5 capsules three times a day and maintain my health with 2-3 per day. I've been doing this for years and haven’t been sick in ages.
