Relieved keto flu symptoms

Free from keto flu symptoms. I am on a reduced carbohydrate diet, which has significantly improved my health. Currently, I am on a 40-day liquid fast and MCT Oil has alleviated keto flu symptoms such as headache, fatigue, and nausea. Additionally, I sleep well for 8 hours. For me, this is a big change. I recommend organic MCT Oil.

Ouch! Need new underwear! I was pleased to use this product as I have been using coconut oil for over a year. I sought increased energy and brain health. I used 1 tablespoon in my coffee, and it tasted great. It's a squeeze bottle, so no mess. However, within half a day, I nearly crapped my pants, thinking I had a stomach flu. I didn’t realise it was the MCT oil at first, and upon researching, I found many had experienced similar effects. I stopped using it immediately but plan to try again in a week or two, starting with half a teaspoon. Beware and bring a change of pants!

Reduced keto flu risk
I use 10ml of MCT oil in my black coffee while doing "Fast Mimicking." A tablespoon (15ml) contains 130 calories, breaking a fast, so I stick to 10ml (87 calories) after waking up. This helps me maintain a longer fast and boosts ketones, aiding my body's adaptation to ketosis and reducing the risk of keto flu symptoms.
