However, after incorporating MCT oil in my yoghurt and coffee, I felt the urgent need to defecate numerous times the following day. I wonder if this will stabilise with continued use.

However, excessive consumption can lead to a toilet visit, requiring some experimentation. For cooking, I add a little olive oil first, then MCT oil after removing from heat.
