I haven't experienced heartburn while using this MCT oil, primarily for making butter coffee. Previously, other brands caused heartburn when used on an empty stomach, but switching to this one has resolved that completely. It has a faint botanical scent that I appreciate, and I prefer it organic. I also use it for dressings and appreciate the bottle design, which dispenses oil well. The packaging was securely wrapped in vinyl, which was a relief.

Seems like a good product... However, if I go even slightly above one tablespoon in a serving, I experience really bad heartburn. Be cautious!

I previously used coconut oil instead of MCT because I liked its flavour in coffee; however, I found that MCT oil is much better, resulting in less heartburn and being more drinkable than coconut oil. It’s easily measured and dissolves well in coffee or other low-heat drinks, plus it’s lower in calories. Regarding energy, it feels quite similar. I feel healthier, energised, and it has helped me achieve my caloric deficit, even though I'm not a fan of breakfast.

It’s easy to adjust the quantity, but I will get heartburn if I take too much. It is tasteless and odourless, which is a plus.

Recommended small amounts
I found that taking about 5ml as a guide resulted in no stomach upset or heartburn. However, 15ml was excessive and led to heartburn. It’s versatile, as it can be sprinkled on granola or added to coffee for breakfast.

Prevented heartburn effectively
I bought this to prevent heartburn after fasting for 18 hours, and the subtle coconut smell makes it easy to take one tablespoon at a time. I add a tablespoon each time I cook rice, enhancing its taste, and my family enjoys it. The quality is excellent, and I'm certain I will repurchase once it’s finished.
