Amazing! I've been using it for years and recommend it to everyone, especially during changes in weather (the onset of winter/flu season). The best time to take it is at the start of the flu. If taken during, it can reduce recovery time significantly. I use it alongside fizzy Vitamin C 1000 mg (along with plenty of rest), and it works like a charm!

Cuts my symptoms in half. I often forget I have this during sickness, and usually remember only when I desperately need relief. A friend introduced me to this supplement a few years ago, and I was sceptical until I tried it. It halved my symptoms and significantly sped up my recovery.
