Effective for sore throat

I bought it for myself and I always take it. Previously, I used picolinate but decided to try these lozenges and have no regrets (even though the zinc is in a different form)! They have a very pleasant taste and soothe my throat while I resorb them. I’ve noticed that some zinc preparations can make me feel nauseous, but I didn’t experience that with these lozenges. If you’re prone to nausea, it’s best not to take them on an empty stomach. I definitely feel the effect, particularly when I start to feel a sore throat; I take them every 2 hours according to the instructions, and they greatly alleviate my discomfort. I recommend them!
