Note 10 is complete! I've tried many multivitamins with standard dosages (100%) for daily needs. However, this particular one from Alive has an exceptional formulation tailored for specific needs. It contains a comprehensive range of herbal, fruit, and oilseed complexes, plus a powerful antioxidant. I take two tablets daily, which are smooth and easy to swallow. There's a slight change in urine colour, attributed to Riboflavin, which is normal. Having taken Optmen from Optmum, I found this product from Alive exceeded my expectations. Great value, thanks to IHerb!

Increased comfort
After starting this supplement, I became much more comfortable. I feel lighter and notably less fatigued. The vitamin concentration is high, resulting in very yellow urine. The tablets are large but manageable if you get accustomed to them. Place the tablet in your mouth, tilt it back with water, and swallow to ease any difficulty. It's a supplement I intend to continue using for some time.

It's a bit large, but overall satisfactory. Previously, I felt slightly nauseous and dizzy when consuming Sent*, but I don't expect that unless I take two or more at once. I've been taking two pills daily, both morning and evening, and I feel less fatigued compared to times when I did not take them. The quality appears decent, and the ingredients seem favourable compared to others. However, the size occasionally gets lodged in my throat. The packaging is good, the effects are positive, and it seems to aid in disease prevention even if it occurs rarely. The flavour is somewhat aromatic but pleasant. It seems essential for those over 40.

High vitamin quantity
This multivitamin is excellent value for money, well-packaged, and provides triple the quantity of a standard multivitamin. The ingredients are commendable, though it lacks vitamins K1, K2, and potassium, which may need to be supplemented separately. I take one tablet daily with my mother, but the size of the pills can get lodged in the throat. I haven't felt any effects yet, so long-term supplementation might be necessary.

Effective multivitamin
It stinks! It's revolting! However, it's value for money and efficient. The packaging has changed from fruity colours to a green juice design, which is more in line with its contents. Upon returning to it after two years, I found it still large and smelly—like compressed rabbit food. The odour is so strong that I hesitate to swallow it, and initially, it got stuck in my throat. However, masking the smell with orange or tomato juice helps. Post-use, my body felt warmer and more comfortable the next day, and joint pain lessened. One pill daily is adequate, and it offers better value than local drugstore vitamins.
