After one grain each, we felt better within a short time. My friend discovered a dairy allergy, which I believe was exacerbated by butter. This was my first experience with a multivitamin containing digestive enzymes, and it proved beneficial.

Allergy symptom relief
This one was too strong for me. I developed allergies after five days. The itching seemed possibly due to a mega dose of vitamins. After stopping, the symptoms disappeared.
