Glad I found these. I bought a bottle hoping to cure my persistent cough and chest congestion. This cough was quite bothersome; I would cough at random times and couldn’t stop it. I took two a day when I could and after 2-3 weeks, the cough was gone! I now try to remember to take two daily for health maintenance.

These work, I’ve never felt better! I began taking two of these daily during Covid. Living in Sarasota, I've avoided the illnesses brought by travellers. I coughed up a lot of phlegm initially, likely due to improved lung function. My morning nausea is gone, and my diverticular disease is much improved. I'm a believer!
