I have been using these products for a month, but they've not been good for me as a yeast intolerance sufferer. My stomach was very upset, and I initially thought it was due to other factors. However, once I stopped taking the New Chapter supplements, my issues vanished. It seems my troubles were linked to a yeast intolerance, as my bloating disappeared shortly after I ceased taking them.

This natural calcium product did not agree with me. After taking two tablets with meals, I experienced bloating, though one tablet was fine. I suspect my stomach acid might be low, as the natural calcium derived from algae requires gastric acid for proper absorption, leading to this discomfort.
