Migraine aid

I have taken fish oil for years and find it incredibly effective for managing migraines. If I forget to take it in the morning, a bothersome headache typically sets in by lunch. After experimenting with another brand, known as FCLO, I had more headaches. I promptly returned to my trusted fish oil and can highly recommend it for anyone suffering from migraines.

I experienced extreme nausea and a headache that led to all-night acid reflux after taking this fish oil. Within an hour, I felt nauseated and developed a harsh headache that persisted all day until I wrote this review. The reflux was intolerable. I think some ingredients are over-packed, which may be the issue. Unfortunately, returning it was not an option for me, making this a total waste of money. Opt for wild-caught fish instead.
