Great addition to brain injury supplements! My 12-year-old son has lived with moderate traumatic brain injury since age two. We've slowly determined the best supplements through collaboration with an excellent pharmacist. Currently, he uses various supplements, including fish oil, that have positively impacted his brain health. The New Chapter's Perfect Calm has significantly improved his behaviour and sleep patterns, eliminating signs of stress and anxiety. Our family now feels more relaxed.

After five years of taking these tablets, I highly recommend them for easing daily anxiety. While they are a multivitamin, they work wonders for mood swings and stress-related concerns. Unlike other multivitamins, they do not increase appetite.

Gentle vitamins
These vitamins have been fantastic for me. They are the gentlest vitamins I’ve taken on an empty stomach and have really helped with my anxiety and depression. I highly recommend them!

Natural solution
This helped my dad tremendously. After using Xanax for anxiety, he started taking these and was able to stop the Xanax as they are all-natural. I'm not sure if you will experience the same results, but it truly helped him, so I would recommend it to anyone open to trying it.
