I considered vitamins for pregnant women for a long time. Though pricey, they are worth it. I took two tablets daily, which lasted my entire pregnancy while feeling great. I also took extra vitamin D and iron due to low levels. I had no issues with heartburn or gastrointestinal problems, unlike others who experienced discomfort with different brands. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my health during pregnancy without any side effects.

I tried these vitamins for the first time during my second trimester and felt fine at first. However, I switched to another brand and experienced severe heartburn and fatigue. I quickly returned to these tablets and regained my energy. I'm also taking supplement omega, magnesium, and calcium alongside.

These are the best vitamins for pregnant women! I felt energetic and had no heartburn or tiredness. My tests showed normal results throughout my pregnancy. Although the price is steep, they are truly worth it.
I've taken these vitamins throughout my nine months of pregnancy. The composition is excellent, with no heartburn or side effects. All my test results were great, and I also supplemented with calcium, omega, and D3.
The Rainbow Light brand was suggested for sensitive stomachs. When my husband and I were trying to conceive, I sought gentle prenatals since strong vitamins upset my stomach. These caused lots of heartburn-like symptoms right after taking them. I discovered a different brand that is food/plant-based and low in iron. They include the recommended daily intake for pregnancy without excess iron. I’m thrilled with these prenatals; no stomach upset or side effects, and they’re easy to take, though you need to find DHA separately.
