Quality omega product
Excellent! Omega 3 is a quality product, well worth the price. Although the capsules are large, they slide down the throat easily. The packaging is sealed.

Sore throat relief
I bought it for myself, and I always take it. Previously, I took it in the form of picolinate, but this time I opted for these lozenges and have no regrets (the zinc is in a different form)! They have a pleasant taste and soften the throat as they dissolve. I have noticed that some zinc supplements can make me feel nauseous, but I did not experience this with these lozenges. If this happens to you, it's best not to take it on an empty stomach. I notice the effect as I take it when I feel a sore throat every two hours, and it greatly alleviates the discomfort. Highly recommended!
