We investigated the role of resolvin D1 (RvD1) in protecting esophageal epithelial cells from damage caused by acid reflux. Through exposure tests, we found that RvD1 could effectively block oxidative stress and DNA damage linked to acid exposure.

Notably, RvD1 not only reduced harmful reactive oxygen species but also enhanced the cell's ability to repair DNA damage, signaling a promising potential for treatment in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. However, we need more studies to confirm its benefits in clinical settings.

I highly recommend this product to anyone hesitant about taking Omega-3s because of the dreaded fishy burps. This capsule doesn’t cause any reflux for me, and I can see improvements in my hair, skin, and brain function.

No reflux aftertaste
3 people found this helpful
These capsules are a challenge to swallow, like trying to take down large lollipops. I've found that consuming them with warm tea helps. Thankfully, there's no unpleasant aftertaste or reflux from fish oil. I've only started taking them, so I can't comment on the effects yet.
