Nordic Naturals is excellent for omegas. I tried several prenatal omega supplements and disliked them due to heartburn and fishy burps. This brand caused no side effects, and I've taken them on an empty stomach without regret.

I would request this omega again as it also provides Vitamin D, which is fat-soluble and works well with omega 3. The lemon aroma is pleasant, and I haven't experienced heartburn or stomach pain. The omega 3 quality is superb, and I appreciate that it contains vitamin D3 for effective absorption.

Nordic Naturals Omega 3 gave me terrible heartburn. I won't use it again, though I appreciate its sustainable sourcing and thin pills for easy swallowing. However, it's very pricey.

Unpleasant aftertaste
The lemon flavour spoils this omega for me, as it leaves an unpleasant aftertaste and a sensation similar to heartburn. I prefer the non-flavoured omega with evening primrose oil, which I find much better.
