The effect is noticeable; I’ve been using these for about three years. I certainly observed that I had fewer winter illnesses when taking these vitamins. There was a time I didn't take them for a while, and I suffered from standard ailments - sore throat and cold. However, this year I remained illness-free, so they evidently support my immunity. Increased well-being
