My husband takes these vitamins once a year in the autumn. The improvements are significant: fatigue disappears, sleep normalises, and anxiety decreases. He has not experienced any nausea after taking them.

Good vitamins for everyday use; it's convenient that the daily portion is divided into two capsules. The composition of trace elements is excellent. After two weeks of regular intake, I noticed a decrease in anxiety, less fatigue, and improved sleep. My skin and hair have also shown marked improvement. I am very pleased with these vitamins and will certainly recommend them.

Improved sleep
I bought this vitamin for a friend and later ordered one for myself. They greatly helped me with sleep and anxiety, likely due to vitamin B. The rash on my hands disappeared thanks to resolving vitamin deficiency. There was no facial redness, but I believe that's individual.
