I ordered Now Foods' ADAM Superior Men's Multi for my husband, who works physically and eats haphazardly. Initially, he refused them due to their smell and fear of an unpleasant aftertaste. However, after the first dose, he realised he was mistaken. The large black capsules have a slight odour, and he takes 2 daily. After 10 days, he felt an improvement in his well-being; his constant headaches are gone, he falls asleep quickly, and wakes up refreshed. He now insists on ordering another jar for a three-month course. We've found our vitamins and won't switch to others.

Good vitamins! I noticed their effect on the second day. My mood improved, I felt more efficient and active, and my eyes were less tired at the computer. I take 1-2 capsules daily depending on my activity and health. Despite being large, they are easy to swallow. I found that taking 1 capsule suffices during moderate activity; otherwise, I experience headaches and difficulties with sleep. Judging by the ingredients, one capsule is adequate, as some vitamins exceed the recommended daily allowance by tenfold. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the composition, cost, and results.
