Very bad heartburn accompanied by diarrhoea left me feeling flat, lazy, and lethargic. I certainly do not recommend this product and deeply regret purchasing it, as better alternatives exist.

The large packaging contains recognised quality ingredients with noticeable effectiveness from the first intake. However, belching with vitamins and some heartburn can occur. Overall, it works well.

Large capsules
The vitamins from Now Foods are surprisingly large, which I find concerning. The composition seems good, and the brand is well-known, but after 1.5 months of use, my husband stopped taking them due to experiencing heartburn. My son, however, takes one capsule and is perfectly fine.

My husband completed his course of these vitamins and I noticed an increase in his energy levels after work. I recommend taking the capsules with food to avoid heartburn.

Reduced dosage needed
I took these vitamins but did not notice any improvements. After a while, I developed heartburn. I reduced the dosage to one capsule, but still experienced heartburn, so I stopped taking them entirely and everything returned to normal.

No notable effects
I gave these vitamins to my husband, taking two capsules daily. I did not observe any noticeable improvement, and he developed heartburn, possibly indicating they weren't suitable for him.
