Insomnia improvement

There is an effect! I purchased this for my husband in January 2018 after disappointing test results. The doctor prescribed an expensive alternative, but I found these vitamins. He took two capsules while suffering from insomnia. I decided to reduce it to one capsule. He did not get ill all winter and now feels well; previously, he was drowsy throughout the day, but now he sleeps well. I recommend these.
